A nice free app from British Rowing. It includes video and audio instructions on how to use your indoor rowing machine. You will learn good rowing technique and how to improve your health and fitness. Let the app guide and coach you when learning how to row your rowing machine.
To challenge you there are also audio instructions on cross-training and fitness tests.
